Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR goes beyond traditional therapy by incorporating components of psychotherapy with various forms of eye movements or rhythmic, left-right stimulation activating opposite sides of the brain. These back-and-forth eye movements work by releasing emotional experiences and traumatic memories trapped in the nervous system, allowing you to resolve and reframe them. Perception reframing and reprocessing is a technique that facilitates a healthier way of seeing and understanding a circumstance, an opportunity, a problem, or a relationship, thereby addressing emotional and subconscious blocks. Its effectiveness has been shown in many clinical studies and is the therapy of choice for trauma and PTSD.

Theta Brainwave Therapy

Theta therapy incorporates brainwave sound therapy with Rapid Eye Technology (RET) and Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES).

Irregular brainwave activity can be either the cause or consequence of addiction and other mental health disorders. Theta brainwave therapy restores brain activity to normal levels. Studies indicate that brainwave therapy, combined with standard treatment, can increase recovery by 300% and is one of the most influential and rapid healing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) methods.

  • Brainwave entrainment (BWE) technology and rapid eye movement for psychological repair and transgenerational healing.

  • Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES) for non-invasive brain stimulation.

  • BWE, RET, and CES used in conjunction with a guided meditation to reduce stress, improve mental and physical health, eliminate addictions and bad habits, treat trauma, PTSD, and anxiety.

  • Emotional processing to release emotional blocks and faulty beliefs, visualization for goal setting, enhance creativity and intuition.

Brain Spotting

The idea behind brain spotting is, " Where you look affects how you feel." Brain spotting locates points in the client's visual field that help access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain. Its a treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain and a variety of other challenging symptoms such as dissociation.

Neurofeedback Treatment

Neurofeedback training is a technique that uses scientifically proven non-invasive EEG monitoring and video applications to regulate brain function and eliminate challenging symptoms. Neurofeedback "brain training" offers treatment for people with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, addictions, learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder (ADHD), eating disorders, trauma, and more. Brain training helps stop flashbacks, nightmares, and insomnia associated with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Neurofeedback improves brain function to increase the effectiveness of the psychotherapy process to enable more conscious and healthy decisions. Together, neurofeedback and psychotherapy can create lasting change and recovery.

DNMS (Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy)

The DNMS is a psychotherapeutic approach based on several underlying assumptions, starting with the idea that children grow and develop in stages. Each developmental stage involves a set of needs that parents or caregivers should meet—unconditional love, protection, loving correction, and appropriate limits. The degree to which adults who did not adequately meet developmental needs is how a person may be stuck in childhood. Thus making DNMS is designed to treat present-day problems in adults that originate with unmet childhood needs.

The Emotion Code
The Emotion Code is a powerful and simple way to rid yourself of unseen baggage. Releasing trapped emotions often results in the sudden disappearance of physical problems, self-sabotage, and recurring relationship difficulties. Emotionally-charged events from your past can still be haunting you in the form of "Trapped Emotions"; emotional energies that inhabit your body.
